  1. Hi folks - got a question: I want to use another tool to control my commander pro. It needs the mentioned service to be disabled. Since I also have a K65RGB and a ST100 RGB I need to keep iCUE installed. The reason is: I'll be switching to an X570 mainboard soon. Some of them like the MEG UNIFY don't have temperature sensor headers. I'd like to control all of my fans including the GPU fan combined in one tool so I use Argus Monitor which is able to communicate with the commander pro to control its fan ports and read the temperature sensors. Since I have a spare Cpro somewhere in my drawers I think that's a nice way to easily add some temperature sensors. So - with the service disabled: will iCUE just function normally? Just without hardware monitoring? Reddit says it just monitors hardware sensors and controls fans and that's it. Can some verify this?
