  1. I haven't. After the retailer gave me a replacement, that had the same issue, I came to the conclusion, that these mouses are just bad by design (also confirmed by others' reviews) and that there's not much to do other than return and ask for a refund. I wanted to have everything working on one software, so I decided to give it a chance and tried to ignore the flaws for as long as I could, but today it really gave me a bad time. It's been slightly over 2 years now, so I suppose I won't receive any help, as the warranty expired.
  2. Update: The mouse also has the tendency to register two clicks when I'm pressing just once and also really, really, really often releases the button while I'm still holding it, making highlighting text a real nightmare, for example. It started doing this not so long after I made this thread and struggled with that circus ever since. I regret that purchase. For God's sake, it's just a mouse with few buttons, how one can fail so hard? Stay away from Corsair's mouses (and maybe all products altogether if this is what they offer). Way overpriced for terrible experience they offer.
  3. I've been waiting a long, long time hoping, that the issue will fix itself over time (via software updates and such), but to this day the mic is nearly unusable. Unless the others will bump me to 200%+ volume in their output settings, they won't hear me. Headphones are plugged into ST100 headset stand, which is plugged into USB3 on the back of PC. I recall, that things were working fine at the beginning (about 2 yrs ago) and shortly after decided to go quiet on its own and stay like this. I've tested another mic and the volume was fine, only the one in Void Pro refuses to work properly. What should I do??
  4. I'm having the same problem - mic gain is extremely low. I tried many things, but no results. // win 10 home | 1803 | 17134.706
  5. I purchased the mouse in title and right from the beginning noticed something, that bothers me to this day. In general it's a decent mouse, however, the left mouse button is slightly loose, which gives a feeling similar to cheap mouses. Comparing to right mouse button, which is attached firmly and accurately; the left one is just... weird; it feels so inaccurate to click, especially when it comes to double clicks etc.. It's kinda... squeaky (?) when clicking. This is not what I expected from a mouse in that price. I reported that to retailer (where I bought this) and asked for replacement - Everything went well; they checked it and took the one I had and replaced it with a new one. Sadly though, there is exactly the same issue. I suspect the whole batch went like this (or that poor quality was intented). So not only I'm extremely disappointed, I also wasted time and money to get the replacement, that brought yet another disappointment. This is a mouse supposed to be focused on gaming (accuracy of clicks and whatsoever), it's a joke, even though I'm not a big gamer. I bought the whole set of your products, so I'll have to deal with this, because switching to something else most likely would require installing another software. Next time however, I'll consider avoiding your products; so unprofessional. That's sad, because I liked the design of your products; the materials you use etc..
