  1. I followed the instructions in your link. It did not resolve the error message I get. There were no corsair folders in the directories %localappdata% and %appdata% when I went to start/run in windows 10. I made sure the setting "view hidden files and folders" was turned on in my folder options. The only folders that were deleted were in my registry folder of local_machine and current_user. Last year I searched the entire registry for any folders or files that were in my Registry after I uninstalled iCUE software. It took atleast 45 minutes or so. I hope that would work too, but I still received the same error message. Thanks for your time.
  2. I felt I should probably make a new thread for my technical error with iCUE instead of posting in the patch notes. I upgraded to the latest iCUE from 3.20 due to crashing with the game Hell Let Loose since iCUE was listed as one of the causes. I have used versions after 3.20. It was never fixed. I do not know if anyone else reported it. When I shutdown my system, this error comes up preventing my system from fully shutting down. Please fix this error. Data from eventviewer and screenshot. https://ibb.co/dWdFYS1 - Link to screenshot. https://ibb.co/Qmb1f6S - Link to second screenshot. This is the popup message I get when I try to shutdown my system. computer details. operating system - Windows 10 Pro. 64 bit. processor - i7 7700k motherboard - Asus Z270-K ram - 16 GB. videocard - Radeon RX-580 8 GB soundcard - Asus xonar dx. liquid cooler - H110i, version 1 Faulting application name: iCUE.exe, version: 3.37.140.0, time stamp: 0x5feb82e4 Faulting module name: iCUE.dll, version: 3.37.140.0, time stamp: 0x5feb829f Exception code: 0xc000041d Fault offset: 0x02bff319 Faulting process id: 0x1ff4 Faulting application start time: 0x01d6f3a8124b4195 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\iCUE.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE Software\iCUE.dll Report Id: 63001843-32bb-4471-af3c-a9cc935cb7e8 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:
  3. I upgraded to the latest iCUE from 3.20 due to crashing with the game Hell Let Loose since iCUE was one of the causes. I still get the same error I got on version 3.25 that I reported last year which never got fixed. Link to my report of the error. This error is becoming quite frustrating using versions of iCUE after 3.20. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=193831&page=6 I do not have a current log of the error since I am not at my computer. (Posting this message at work). I will post a current log from eventviewer later. Please fix this error.
  4. I am having another issue with corsair Icue. This is different then my last issue, though it happens when I shutdown my system. When I shutdown my system, I get a pop-up error message with Icue that I have to hit enter so the system will then shutdown. Copied from event-viewer. The CorsairGamingAudioConfig service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified. - System - Provider [ Name] Service Control Manager [ Guid] {555908d1-a6d7-4695-8e1e-26931d2012f4} [ EventSourceName] Service Control Manager - EventID 7000 [ Qualifiers] 49152 Version 0 Level 2 Task 0 Opcode 0 Keywords 0x8080000000000000 - TimeCreated [ SystemTime] 2020-03-03T08:32:37.560159200Z EventRecordID 5007 Correlation - Execution [ ProcessID] 740 [ ThreadID] 784 Channel System Computer DESKTOP-9VIM9NN Security - EventData param1 CorsairGamingAudioConfig param2 %%2 43006F0072007300610069007200470061006D0069006E00670041007500640069006F0043006F006E006600690067000000 Uploaded a screenshot in the link below. https://ibb.co/dWc6GND Another screenshot https://ibb.co/7VkYR51
  5. I just bought mine six months ago, and I am seeing how well it is. Otherwise it will be NZXT or air-cooling. I already scratched off one star.
  6. I had problems after installing the software. I tried to uninstall it because of technical errors. It wouldn't let me even after using troubleshooting software to remove core files needed by iCue to run. I tried booting into safemode to remove the files, and that did not work. I had to restore my computer or "reset" to an earlier time period before installing the icue software update. Windows 10.
