  1. my pc just crashed with a kernel mode trap or something, assuming its due to the firmware upgrade i was having issues with. hopefully my cpu isnt damaged due to corsairs faulty firmware upgrade. ordered another cpu cooler, hope it comes soon so i dont need to hop on my old pc/
  2. The thing is that the Cooler itself does NOT show up in iCUE after the firmware upgrade. it doesn't recognize it at all, before the firmware update it was recognized and working, although only 1 fan is able to change color and that 1 fan had color roughly 80% of the total fans surface area (example, i pick red, 80% of the fan is red while the 20% is white). I tried different cables, tried to reinstall and it just remains the same. there's literally nothing i can do right now to fix what iCUE firmware update did to my cooler, nothing at all, tried uninstalling the program, changing the wires, using different cables etc. but it remains the same.
  3. same issue, tried tp update the firmware but if failed, retried multiple times and same issue. now i have a H80iGT instead of my h100i rgb platinum for some reaosn according to link 4, i cannot change the lights or do anything what so ever with the cooler. top left light is blue and bottom right is green. super excited how the firmware update destroyed by cooler.
  4. oh ok, here https://imgur.com/ixKDdTy If i remove iCUE, i can do stuff to the lights and such in link 4 but it still doesnt do anything to the cooler.
  5. cant add attachment sor anything, not sure why or how to upload an image from my computer
  6. Hi, new here so yeah sorry if it's been asked. I recently built my own pc and put everything together and it all seems to be working. The issue i am having is that all the fans but 1 is working(i have 5 rgb fans (2 from the cooler and 3 from online purchase) there is a led on the one and its changing color but its not lighting the whole fan. Then i did a firmware update for the cooler and all the times it was unsuccessful for what ever reason. Now the cooler doesn't show up on the iCUE at all, no matter the cable connections or anything that i do it will NOT show up at all. So now im a little worried because in CORSAIR LINK 4 it's showing up as H80iGT instead of being recognized as H100i RGB Platinum. it's not getting how or anything but on the NZXT CAM HUB its reading its clock speed at 4720 MHZ as average without running anything. and average temperature as 47'C I am unable to find any place that allows me to update the firmware so its actually updating and gets the proper installation. Also the lighting on block is as follows, Stable Blue to the top Left corner, and Stable Green to the bottom right corner. No leaks or anything and im unsure what to do, (my first time building a pc and stuff, im not good with computers.) Running i9-9900k, 2080ti Founders, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero WiFi if it's needed as info.
  7. You are lucky, my firmware update didn't even succeed and it somehow destroyed my cooler and turned it into a h80iGT for no reason, now it isnt recognized what so even on LINK4 or iCUE at all, no matter the connections or anything, it just does NOT show up. so annoyed honestly.
