I have a similar issue but just one of my fans goes out on boot, both are on till it hits windows then ones LEDs goes out the other doesn't and does not show up in ique for the LEDs but it is reading the rpm and the fan is working.

Had the same issue I bought mine last week everything worked except the pump LEDs and I really did not want to strip it back out and send it back i tried everything then read the post above. I opened my case to fit my new gfx card and low and behold I had 2 sets of 3 SATA power connectors from my PSU one with 4 wires and one with 5. Plugged a 5 wire into the pump and it now lights up like a Christmas tree Thank you jdtechgear Now i have an issue with one of the led fans going off, both come on first boot then the leds on one fan go off within a minute :o

i use the same drivers on windows 8.1 but in windows 7 compatibility mode these are the only ones that work properly for me on Win 8.1:roll:

ok downloaded updated software fpr my 1500 headset and still my headset sounds like its in the bathroom (THIS HAS BEEN STATED BY NUMEROUS PEOPLE) in the past but still it is not fixed it sounds like over the top reverb or echo or like your in an auditorium. also the newer software has less function than the older software ie: speaker set up and placement. i am actually using vers1.11 in windows 7 compatibility this gives me all the sound how it should be nice and clear and gives all setup options back. i know im not the only one with this issue as ive read it here several times and it does not fill you with joy to pay top dollar for some decent sound only to find the software is broke lol
