  1. Hi All, The easiest upgrades would be the fan and storage - as previously mentioned. These computers do not come with the extra cables - so this process would be done entirely separately from any warranty services. Upgrading does NOT void warranty; however if you eventually need to RMA the system - you'll need to return the system with the original components within it and retain any third party additions that you may have purchased. Hope this cleans up any confusion! ~Mordred
  2. Hi @AceEric77 Sorry to hear you had this issue! Our Corsair ONE Support line is open 24/7 with full details on the link below https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new I see that you've registered some tickets with our support team (based on your forum details) - so it looks like you're already in good hands! ~Mordred
  3. Hi @Tech_Leader Thanks so much for getting back to us with this as I requested on the phone earlier - I'll be following up on this with our IT team to see if we can reopen communication with you via email.
  4. Hi @twiget I'd recommend emailing our support team at help.corsair.com We can then look into potential warranty solutions for the pump/system as appropriate.
  5. Hi @neilz Are you able to crank up the Fan speeds using iCUE? Let me know if this resolves the issue at all.
  6. Hi @Nick Worthmen I'd strongly recommend emailing us at help.corsair.com and we can look into walking you through some troubleshooting - as well as potentially getting some diagnostic logs for your system to help isolate any issues.
  7. Hi @alexuru We're currently gathering information regarding the nature/cause of this potential issue, as there seem to be a number of reports. Do you have a ticket open? As we would love you get some diagnostic reports to help isolate if/what the issue is.
  8. Hi @Kerzidas Switching OS would not void the warranty on your System. Our systems come with a 2 year warranty as standard, unless the legal minimum differs on your country.
  9. Hi @qz1c21 There is typically a 2nd M.2 slot on the rear of the motherboard; although this is normally restricted by the case somewhat - so you couldn't use a model with a heatsink. If you could provide me with the SKU of the product (CS-90xxxxxx) from the sticker on the base, I can check the specific specification of that system for higher frequency compatibility.
  10. Hi @Dassem I'd recommend emailing our support department directly - and seeing what we potentially might be able to get done under warranty.
  11. Hi @Daragh Standard RAM compatibility advice applies. Check that the motherboard chipset is supported by the kit (manufacturer tech spec page); and don't mix memory kits. AMD 500 series would be the tag to look for on our website, and the CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 SKU linked in the Amazon page does match that spec.
  12. Hi Vett, There's no easy way to check without using certain third party tools such as https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy The absolute easiest way is a visual inspection of the card. We have a number of different A200 models - could you provide the SKU printed on the base of the unit (CS-90xxxxx) The appropriate drivers should be on that specific page, rather than that of a 3080 A200. In the event that the wrong VBIOS is on the page, I can look into getting it corrected.
  13. Hi @nsaine I would definitely follow @DevBiker's advice here - in that the most likely culprit is a shortened timer for the BIOS screen. @StridingCat I'd recommend emailing us directly at help.corsair.com so that we can chase this up for you
  14. Hi @NDRustyfan I'd strongly recommend that you email our support at help.corsair.com and we can fire some emails out to help find these for you!
  15. Hi @Queeg The plating on the outside of the case is not designed to be removed. As such, warranty would be void. That being said, they do use the same chassis.
