  1. Sent you a PM, looks like the issue is back. Posting logs here since I couldn't in the message. Log.zip
  2. I used to have it connected directly to the board and it did the same thing before. And, since I've ziptied everything on the backside of the case, I'm not going to be moving it anytime soon to try again. Here is a copy of my log. Log.zip
  3. 1. Connected to Commander Pro 2. Not using any monitoring tools 3. Steam is not running I'm only noticing issues when the computer wakes from sleep. It's only the cooler that will disconnect (the noise), turn to it's rainbow effect, then switch back to the profile that I had going. Sometimes I will have to completely end CorsairService in Task Manager to be able to get the cooler to work with iCue again.
  4. Interesting that there hasn't been any updates to this. Anywho, I still receive a disconnect randomly when I wake my computer from sleep. Doesn't happen all the time, but it still occurs just like it used to, but this time only after waking from sleep and loading it's profile.
  5. The beta from Corsair has fixed my disconnect issue as well. Only issue is that it has caused an issue with my profile's "Ripple" effects for my keyboard. All of the lights on my keyboard dim when I press a key, when it normally just caused a quick ripple out from that keystroke.
  6. Has anyone attempted to move this discussion to Reddit as well, to broaden the userbase that would see the issue and respond? Seems like Corsair tends to notice and respond to people more on their official subreddit than in here.
  7. I had my H115i Platinum replaced today. So far I haven't had any USB disconnects while running my normal profile with lots of LED variations. Corsair kept wanting me to replace it before, as they thought it may be an issue with the USB cable.
  8. Updated to the new update on iCue. H115i Platinum now has Balanced added into the mix on the Pump selection. By Balanced, it's really just Quiet, but with a new name. Quiet now makes the pump run at 1993 RPM and it sounds like it's gurgling. Do NOT recommend running at that speed.
  9. I'll be receiving my replacement today. I'll probably just end up returning it and use the one I have. After reading through, I've changed my Pump and Fans to only have a static color, until this software issue is fixed. Have had no issues since doing this. Multiple games and USB Connect/Disconnect for different devices and everything works.
