I am having a similar issue with the K95 and the newest version of iCue, Windows 10 1903 shows the keyboard identified as "Corsair Gaming K95 RGB PLATINUM Keyboard" but iCue cannot control it and it doesn't appear in devices in iCue. It does appear in iCue settings with a red triangle. this is with both version 3.20 and 3.21 of iCue.
