I've waited 3 business days to get a response to tell me to use another computer. I don't have another computer and I've laid it out in the ticket that I need a file to hard reset my mouse. I did on Saturday and also made a reddit thread and gave my ticket number. It's #902328 if that matters. I guess I can also give calling a shot.
