  1. Is this still the case? I am curious as to why? I was ready to go all in with the HydroX series, but not supporting EVGA cards is a deal breaker for me.
  2. I have the H115i Platinum which I replaced the ML fans with the LL fans (for continuity with the rest of my LL case fans). The issue I am having is that the LL fans that are connected to the H115i are running between 1350-1500 RPM regardless of the fan curve, fixed rpm, fixed percentage, quite, or balanced method I choose. I have tried tying the fan curve to the AIO, the total CPU package, the GPU and nothing seems to matter. They just continue to throttle up and down. I ensured the firmware for the H115i was up-to-date (1.00.33). I am also running the newest iCue version (3.15.101). I have even gone as far as uninstalling and reinstalling iCue, but it doesn't make a difference. Any suggestions?
  3. @c-attack, your concern was validated! I uninstalled iCue, but kept user settings and the issue persisted. When I uninstalled iCue and deleted all user settings, the dashboard no longer causes iCue to crash. Interesting enough, I copied the entire C:Users/(name)/App Data (hidden folder)/Roaming/Corsair into the fresh install and there is no longer any crashing.
  4. Every time I click on the Dashboard within iCue the program crashes. I am using the most recent version of iCue (3.15.101),but this has happened with every version since I started using it 6+ months ago. All my Corsair firmware devices are up-to-date, Windows 10 Pro is up-to-date (v10.0.17763 Build 17763) and I don't see any issues in device manager. I have also uninstalled any/all other hardware monitoring solution (eg. CPUID, HWMonitor, etc.). I would like to try a complete uninstall of iCue, but I don't want to loose any of my custom settings/profiles I have. How do I back those up and reimport them? I am hoping a clean install will fix the problem. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
  5. Yeah, haven't had this occur either (not saying it didn't happen to you). To give such an apocalyptic warning made this sound like it was a widespread issue...
  6. Is it possible to copy a lighting effect and put it in a shared library so I can use it with another device. For example, when I create a lighting profile with my CoPro that is connected to my fans, I want to be able to copy that light effect and add it to my H115i RGB Platinum Library. I haven't found a way to copy the effect or add it to the other library, which really creates a lot of redundant work. Hopefully, I am just not seeing that feature. I am running iCue v. 3.12.118.
  7. Has anyone actually updated all the profiles. I got through about 5 of them and it got pretty tedious. If you have already modified them, can you share?
  8. Adding to this...I am on the latest firmware and iCue version and have the problem with my K70 RGB MK.2 LP
  9. I can't find the hardware lightingoption on the Vengeance RGB Pro or K70. Am I missing something?
  10. Like everyone else, the pump noise on "quite" is too loud. The minimum RPM it will run is 2400 which is excessive when there is no load. @Corsair, please allow us to build custom curves for the pump. I switched from the H100iv2 to the H115i Pro Platinum and the increase pump noise is diffidently noticeable. I see this has been going on for months in the forum...has anyone heard anything about whether or not Corsair is addressing the problem?
  11. Very disappointed in Corsair iCUE. Their products are superior, but their software (for the average person) is sub-par (granted better than 4 years ago). The list of supported games from Razer continues to grow: https://www2.razer.com/chroma-workshop/games Where are you Corsair? Leverage your relationships! Your SDK will allow the same type of development.
