  1. Just wanted to pop in and say that it's been a week since I received my new cooler on RMA and I haven't had any issues with the monitors freezing under load
  2. FYI - I have been working with them on a support ticket for a few weeks now. They've decided that it's likely my h100i V2 is faulty and we're doing an RMA on it. They're out of stock on the V2 and will be sending me an h100i PRO, I will report if I continue to have issues or not
  3. Damn, looks like the problem is back. It seems to revolve around my h100i V2. When it freezes I can still change my RGB profile and everything switches fine expect the cooler. Curious how many of us are using the same cooler? It helps if you guys can fill out your system specs
  4. Yeah, monitors have still been working even under heavy load. Not sure if it has to do with adding a node pro or reformatting. Would sending a working log to compare help you guys?
  5. What version of windows are you guys on? I was on an insider build and just reformatted back to public 1803 and so far (fingers crossed) temp monitors have been stable.

  7. I'm still getting freezes but the priority setting has helped. Oddly enough I added a node pro yesterday and haven't seen a freeze yet. Corsair staff havent seen this thread lately. I received a reply on a support ticket yesterday that was, let's say, less than inspiring...

  11. Here's another one for ya. I had thought that the monitoring in MSI Afterburner and RIVA tuner could have been at fault so they were uninstalled with IObit.   12. Is it of any benefit to you for me to post multiple logs or do you need them from different systems? I'd be happy to reinstall icue and provide more logs if it helps.
  13. I'm running link right now and haven't had any monitoring freezes with that. I have noticed that icue only seems to lockup when I'm either gaming or running rendering software. So it seems to be tied to either high cpu or gpu load. I'm happy to provide any other info I can to help with this issue. I've also got a support ticket open #757394
  14. Would really like to see some progress on this. I spent a whole lot of money on this equipment which I do really like but having my temp monitoring constantly freezing is potentially causing damage to my system components.FROZEN.zip
