  1. Why do ALL the RGB LED lighting strips fail and get "stuck" on LED's just outside their warranty? I've replaced a number of failed strips already over the past few years. What prompted this, is my RGB small accent triangles just failed. I immediately popped my case open to check the connections, cold-started my PC and checked they are showing in iCue (which they are) but 2 out of the 6 work now. :\ Yet another RGB LED product that failed just after 1year of use! I've had NO success with Corsair on this matter, and end up buying a NEW one on Amazon, and returning the old one as "faulty". I refuse to buy a replacement every year, these things should last some time ffs.
  2. I raised a support request to ask when this item is going to be available again, and was told it is NO LONGER BEING MANUFACTURED!!!!!!!!!! So why continue to sell the gorram 1.2m light strips that cannot be used without the 'starter kit" ?! I bought 2 of the 1.2m extensions "on sale" this past December, waiting for this stupid "starter kit" to come back in stock and now cannot return my un-usable light strips! -.- I'm honestly FED UP with the complete LACK of service from Corsair. They make a nice product, then promptly discontinue it and force you to buy the next item in line. What is a good alternative to Corsair? A company that has reliable hardware, good RGB products, and decent software, and good customer service that doesn't continually screw you over?
  3. Please can you make the 100-series keyboards with REAL switches like Cherry MX red?!? Why is my ONLY option for Cherry Mx Red the 70 series?! I'm fed up with this overly-sensitive keyboard! I just LOOK at the "T" key and its already 'tttttt'. ffs Let's try type that same post without 1-finger slow typing to correct the overly sensitive keys...... Please can youi male thje 1--=-00 series keyboards with REAL switches like Cherry MX red?! WHy is my ONLY option for Cherry MX red the 7980 series??!?..........................sigh
  4. Mouse - Glaive RGB Pro (SKU: CH-9302211-NA) Lighting - LS100 Smart Lighting Starter Kit (SKU: CD-9010001-NA) These items are N E V E R in stock! Like wtf?! You've got "sellers" (more like scammers) on places like Amazon asking over $200 for these items! No seller anywhere has these items in stock, and NO information anywhere as to when or even if stock will be available. Honestly pathetic that you can't supply these items.
  5. Why was this feature removed? I would like to configure a mural, and with 12 RGB strips across different hubs, it is impossible to tell which one is which! I have multiple "RGB Strip #1". Simply being able to rename them would resolve this.
  6. They don't work because of the changes made to CUE! The last working version of CUE was v1.3.70. Every 'update' since then has resulted in ALL of the K95 profiles to be broken. It doesn't matter if you delete and re-import the profiles, they will not work. Only the reactive typing works. I downloaded the EMP one again from this thread, and still no joy. Just black keyboard until I press a key and see the flash. I have posted in every update thread about this issue and been ignored so far. I have opened a ticket with Corsair support and been advised that this is because of a color change in CUE and that the profiles need to be REMADE!!! Corsair will also not provide a download to the working v1.3.70 CUE software. Thankfully, I managed to download a copy by google-searching for it and my profiles work again. Now I just have the incredably annoying update notification EVERYTIME I log on my system. -.- Honestly, I'm shocked at the LACK of support for this long-overdue issue. At the very least provide a download to previous versions for us and allow us to disable updates.
