Hi Is there a mounting kit for LGA1700 available for h150i Pro rgb?

Thanks for the suggestion but this did not work either. I have had no response back for my support ticket or my RMA request. Next step will be to charge back on the credit card and then wait for them to get in touch I think.

No drivers to re-install if you are just using 3.5MM from a source like an MP3 player. Tired of waiting for support to reply with basic 1st line support, so have logged an RMA.

Still no reply from support and can't use the headphones for anything other than a fancy paperweight.

Hello It is happening with all audio sources from PC, Bluetooth, 3.5mm and even the on-board voice from the headset when it says mic off/on etc.

Hi Ordered my CORSAIR VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless XT straight from Corsair UK. Have had it just over 9 days. Suddenly last night whilst playing Destiny 2 the sound became heavily distorted, we are talking unintelligible here. This happens when its on Wireless, Wired USB Mode, Wired 3.5mm mode, Bluetooth or even just when its on Wireless/Wired mode and no dongle/cable is plugged in as the onboard voice prompts are distorted to. To me this sounds like the onboard systems of the headset have gone wrong. I have tried Soft Reset Reinstalling Icue Disabling Doly Atmos Going into Advanced headphone properties and setting it to 2 channel 44/48Khz Forcing firmware update from ICUE of dongle and headset and then soft resetting again. Is there a hard reset of the headphones that can be done? I have a ticket open with support but no reply yet. Wouldnt have expected this from a £250 pair of headphones!

I have another £35 mechanical keyboard (AFX) that my wife uses and some how it manages not to have this problem despite being £150 cheaper. Searching other forums this seems to be a constant complaint about the space bar. Its very hard when playing games especially Destiny 2 and it suddenly comes lose. I would not have expected this from their premium brand. Why is Corsair not addressing this poor design?

I would not expect this from a £185 keyboard. What is Corsairs stance on this?

Received my new K95 RGB Platinum and the space bar is terrible. Unless you hit it in the middle it doesnt type and then if you hit either side it comes lose. Made a video to show the issue. Anyone else have this? [ame] [/ame]

Hi Got my HX1200i today and have installed it. Connected via USB cable to Commander Pro (which is already serving my H150i) and cant get it to detect. Have checked cable seating and run a repair on icue but no luck. Tried swapping the USB ports around on the commander but no luck and tried with just the HX connected to the commander. Tried swapping the commnder motherboard header connector to another USB internal and no luck there. Works if I plug the HX1200i into a USB header on the motherboard but I cant really do that as I don't have any spare. Noticed the green light on the HX does not come on when it is plugged into the commander so sounds like the Commander Pro is having some weird issue as the screenshot shows "general failure" for what I would assume would be the Hx1200i device.
