  1. Have same problem. Did clean install on iCue. Pain in a but to recreate all profiles again. Tine Tina not working, This could be a combination of connected devices, but I do not want to disconnect them physically just to find out which one is messing with integration. May be logs can help you guys?
  2. Did they? Yesterday I updated my IrcoClaw wireless and now I have double clicks randomly
  3. I am still sitting on old firmware which is working. Any updates on last firmware? Did it fix problem?
  4. No more. i have returned mine today. 1 month I used it and Corsair did not fix a single issue.
  5. I do not think they are bundled because you can update firmware without updating iCue. And I am sure that iCue is using servers to find new firmware. I did analyze the logs of iCue and I sow some info related to that. I will post more information if I will be able to find a way to get specific version
  6. I was talking about firmware, not the iCue. Since I use last iCue but old firmware and I have no problems at all with the mouse. This could be the sign that the problem is in firmware
  7. I do not know the link to an old version and I really have no idea is it safe to downgrade. You can easily brick the mouse. But I can try to find a download link if it is still available on Corsair servers.
  8. Will add also some bugs about 7.2 Check here https://www.demolandia.net/cinema/dolby-demo-trailers-hd/page-8.html First video Dolby Digital Plus 7.1 Pay attention when between Left channel and center channel. Sound jump to right channel. I have audio file from LGS to test 7.1. So when I run it and voice tells - "This is left surround channel" - in the middle of phrase sound shifted to right channel. This could be a driver and/or firmware. Hope this is not a hardware which cannot be fixed. Since I still have my old Logitech G933 (almost perfect 7.1), I can always compare the output.
  9. Since I've replaced my mouse in BestBuy and did not update firmware , everything is working find even with last iCue. This is my firmware I hope Corsair will look into the problem. This is getting ridiculous that so many people have same problem and no one in Corsair cares about it .
  10. Same here even with last iCue. Sometime on game, when a lot of shooting, I can hear crackling sounds. Connecting back G933 in same situation, no crackling, so it is not a game. I have due to January 15 to return headsets and honestly, I want to stick with them as I like how clear the sound is. But if Corsair won't fix, I will return I buy G935
  11. Update. Got a replacement. Did not update firmware. Everything worked fine this evening. Could it be a firmware problem? Will stick with old one for a while
  12. In my situation it is clear that ICW lost connection to iCue because I lost all button customization/rgb. I also checked the log files and I sow the error stating something like "cannot update RGB" or something similar. So the mouse did not disconnect from PC, just iCue lost connection. If you only change DPI and settings different than HW profile it is the same as mine situation. Try to also include some RGB changes for custom profile and you will clearly see when mouse lost iCue (or iCue lost mouse!? :) )
  13. Are you are talking about iCue update or firmware update?
  14. I just replace4d my mouse with new one. Will post the result after I will come home. Hope it was a hardware fault, not a iCue. Because if this is iCue problem, then this is useless.
  15. Couple of things from me. Only two days. Wanted to replace G933 because of the power button issue and two RMA already :) So. - Sound was too low, but after flashing new firmware it is at good level. - Bass - almost not existing. Comparing to G933 which has bass at the level when your head will shake :) - 7.1? I think this is joke. After G933 it is almost nothing. - Got crackling sound today when played game - Disconnections for a couple of seconds during the game - Too small for my ears. - iCue crashed couple of times + Looks perfect! + hmm... have no idea what else I have a lot of Corsair devices. Keyboard, liquid cooler, fans, led strips, case. Never has a single problem with any. iCue worked almost perfect . But after connecting Vistuoso (non Se) and new Ironclaw mouse (which I will return tomorrow since iCue lost connection to mouse and no buttons are working after that), all hell broke loose. I do not know what to do. * Tested different USB ports. Same * Fully reinstalled iCue (lost about 10 profiles :( ) - nothing helped. I did not expect such awful quality from Corsair! :( Probably Virtuoso will be returned with Ironclaw at the same time! :(
