I just got my K100 a few days ago. Today I had the software RGB just freeze and the keyboard become unresponsive. After rebooting the software RGB was still stuck even without iCUE running. My mouse wasn't detected (its plugged into the K100) and after unplugging the keyboard then plugging it back in it fixed it. Is this something I would have to deal with? I'm thinking about returning it already.

Hello, my headset has firmware v.0.17.149 and my dongle is v.0.16.80. Is there anyway I can get the dongle firmware update? Since iCUE 4 I've had problems with my headset. They were crystal clear and now theres a subtle static that becomes more noticeable with people talking. Hoping a firmware update can help. I see others on 5.x.x and I don't even have 1.x.x 😞
