  1. 1: Very flash keyboard for work computer! 2: Are you saying your mouse works on both PCs already? How do you switch from one to the other? 3: what you seem to want to do would require a keyboard/mouse switch. Effectively a USB hub with a 1-2 (or more) switch that you can plug into multiple PCs. Something like this... https://www.amazon.com/Plugable-One-Button-Sharing-Between-Computers/dp/B006Z0Q2SI?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_3 Hope this helps.
  2. I had similar issue with mine. Once I deleted the entries in Actions Library (not the Actions within the individual profiles), then the issue went away. Hope this helps. dmonds
  3. First question...have you actually had this PC running before? That is, are you certain the motherboard, CPU, graphics card and memory all work? Let's assume so....can we also assume you bought a new PSU because the original/last one you had blew up? Or, did the PC simply cease powering on and you assumed it was the PSU? It's also possible that the first PSU may have failed and taken out something on your motherboard...which may now be fried. I would recommend you take the whole rig into a computer store and ask them to just quickly check you've connected everything correctly and maybe test your Motherboard with a known good PSU...many stores will do this for you free of charge under normal circumstances. Christmas time is not "normal circumstances" and they may be too busy to help. As @DevBiker said, whilst theoretically possible, it is extremely unlikely to have 4x DOA PSUs in a row. dmonds
  4. I've been able to boot to BIOS using an older keyboard (PS/2 Connector) and "someone" must have tried to speed up boot times by disabling USB initialisation. All working fine now. dmonds
  5. [FIXED] SEE FINAL POST First up, I'm certain this used to work. I haven't required to get into the BIOS on my PC for some time but today I needed to. When booting the PC from cold, or restarting from windows, there are no LEDS lit on the keyboard when the PC is starting until Windows starts it's boot sequence. The result is that the PC is not recognising me pressing F2 or Del key when it's time to get into BIOS. I've tried to move the keyboard between USB3 and USB2 ports on both the back and front of my PC. I tried the F1+WinLock button to "enable bios mode" but that didn't seem to help either. I'm running firmware 3.21.28 and iCue 3.23.66. Can anyone please assist here? Thanks dmonds p.s. plugging in an old Logitech keyboard works fine so it isn't a BIOS setting or the USB ports.
