  1. Hi can somebody please shed light as to why my Corsair store orders get cancelled? Tried - different browsers, different accounts, different name, multiple different payment methods. I need to order a few brackets and replacement cables, I have tried multiple times and the orders just get cancelled. It is NOT a payment issue, I have checked with multiple payment sources.
  2. It's quite a compact case so is there anywhere to fit 3/4 LED strips? Going to be quite cramped with 6x SP120 RGB Pro fans, Commander Pro, 240 AIO :/
  3. I have 6x LL120 fans, 4x Vengeance Pro RGB sticks of RAM, H150i Pro, commander pro with fan profiles etc, my iCue is using 0.2%-0.6% of my CPU...not sure what's going on with your computers.
  4. Chances are you have something else running, I've been playing Pubg for a long time, with iCue and haven't been banned.
  5. Remember there are issues with some AMD motherboards with regards to smoothness of certain lighting modes too.
  6. Yes, there is a conflict with iCue and certain motherboards. The issue is there, and it is present on certain boards, my Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi being one example. I am not alone with this issue, and its frustrating to spend £XXX on Corsair equipment only for it to gimp my CPU's performance, as soon as I exit iCUE my 9900k boosts normally.
  7. Is there any fix to this? It's starting to annoy me a little. The issue does lie within iCue, but it doesn't do it on every motherboard. I have a Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi - iCue stops my 9900k from boosting to 5GHZ. I also have a Z390 MEG ACE - This works flawlessly with iCue open. There has to be a fix somehow?
  8. So AIO into MB header, but still control fans via CoPro? (its a nice interface)
  9. Any advantage of having it plugged into the board and not the copro? the copro has multiple USB headers?
  10. Fixed I ran a longer USB cable from the lighting node to my other PC which has iCUE installed and updated it via that. It would seem there's an issue with iCUE and whatever USB chipset is used on the MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus, because as soon as I connected the same lighting node pro to my other PC via a long USB cable the firmware updated instantly.
  11. Confirmed R5 3600 MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus BIOS 7C37vA2 iCUE 3.17.94 AMD Ryzen Balanced Plan Closing iCUE drops idle voltages and temps accordingly With regular Windows " Balanced " power plan and iCue open core clocks and idle voltages drop. The issue lies between the Ryzen Power plans and monitoring software not limited to but including iCUE
  12. Hi, when I load iCUE it says there is a firmware update available (0.9.16) for my Corsair Spec Omega RGB case, however when I click it it says "the firmware update is not available or failed to load for Spec-omega-RGB). My current FW version is 0.7.122 Help please :(
  13. Hi folks, I'm using a Commander pro / Lighting node pro to control 6 LL120 RGB fans in iCUE Whichever fan is plugged into Fan1 on the commander pro will only have a max RPM of 700 ish no matter what profile / custom profile is set, move that fan to a different port and set MAX RPM and it flies up, put a different fan on Fan1 and the RPM stays low. I've removed iCUE and installed Link, set all fans to Max RPM and every fan is running at full speed, so it's not a commander pro issue, nor is it a fan issue it's an iCUE issue, I'd like to use iCUE as it has much better lighting control than link. Any advice? Running Latest FW / software versions.
