  1. I uninstalled iCUE and afte that both keyboards work fine in Horizon Forbidden West. So seems to be some iCUE and/or driver issue perhaps? Should I submit a ticket/bug report somewhere?
  2. Hello, I have an issue with my K65 RGB RAPIDFIRE and Horizon Forbidden West. There is something wrong with multiple key input detection. The problem is not present when I use a different (Logitech Wireless basic keyboard). What basically happens is the input from one key is terminated when I press another. For example, when I hold down W and walk forward and then hold down SHIFT the character doesn't start running but comes to a complete standstill. If I first hold down SHIFT and then hold down W she does start running. Another example, when I'm walking forward and press the SPACE she jumps straight up in stead of jumping with forward momentum. This works properly with the Logitech keyboard so there seems to be some issue with this keyboard and this game. Does anybody know what it is and how I can fix it? Kind regard, Mannekino
  3. I still have this same issues. Is there a workaround?
  4. I'm having this same issue with this case. I already replace the front I/O panel once but that didn't solve the problem. What is the actual root cause of it? Can it be fixed? Is there a short somehow?
  5. The Bass Boost profile bug for the Virtuoso is still present.
  6. Can I use the pre-applied sticky tape of the RGB Fan LED Hub to stick that to the front of a Commander Pro or will that cause signal/heating issues? I would like to stack these two parts so it's basically one unit for easy cable routing. This would be my perfect solution since I have a lot of cables to manage in my build. Thanks.
  7. Well, the last response I got from Corsair Support is that they're aware of the issue now and a fix should be coming in the next release of iCUE. For the time being I'm using a custom EQ curve with decent bass but no problems.
  8. I think I'm going to stick with the 6 RGB fans and the 3 others I want to add can be non-RGB. That saves me some cable hassle and the addition of a second RGB hub. The 3 extra fans will be on the side and be for intake. So the RGB won't do that much anyway and it will be obstructed from view by a front distro plate. I think I'm going to repurpose the 3 fans of my current Corsair AIO for use as the 3 intake fans.
  9. I currently have a Commander Pro with 6 LL120 fans. I'm looking to add 3 more. I'm using one of the RGB hubs that came with the 3-pack LL120. If I connect 3 PWM Y-splitters to PWM ports 1-3 I will have a total of 9 PWM fan headers. Then hook up a second RGB hub to for the additional RGB connectors. Will this work?
  10. So I'm a still talking with customer support about this issue and they've suggested to go back a version of iCUE but they linked a way older version (3.13.94) and the instructions weren't fully up to date. Here's what I did: Exported my current iCUE profile Followed their uninstall instructions (basically uninstalling iCUE, removing any left over folders and removed the Corsair registry keys. Installed version 3.34.161 Problem seems to have disappeared. Also I noticed they didn't actually changed the sliders for the Bass Boost profile in 3.35.152 so something else must have happened. I think they released a new version of iCUE yesterday 3.36.125, has anyone tried this?
  11. Hi Nick, I've tried this suggestion in the following manner: Switched EQ profile from my custom to the Bass Boost profile Played that same song I mentioned earlier using Spotify Noticed the problem was there. Shut off Spotify Turned off "Auto Audio Repositioning" in iCUE Started Spotify again & played the same song Problem still exists So this suggestion did not work for me.
  12. Hi Nick, I just tested this for you and yes, the problem occurs both in wireless mode and USB mode. I've ended up picking one particular song that really exposes the issue. "Boom" by "X-Ambassadors". It has a coupe of moments where you have vocals and then a very low continuous bass sound. When the bass sound comes along the audio levels start to fluctuate and everything sounds very muffled. You can really hear it with this song going from 35 seconds in to about 42 seconds. It moves from the bass part of the song to the mid-high part again (vocals) with a very noticeable difference. With my custom EQ I posted above it sounds fine. I think you guys just changed the default bass boost profile or something else with the EQ feature.
  13. Creating your own profile seems to work. This is mine currently and it sounds decent.
