  1. I am putting together a new build. I am trying to keep it as simple as possible. I am contemplating using some 2 to 1 Y spliters to use as little hardware as possible. Here is what I'm trying to do. I am using 8 LL120 Fans. 6 of them are case fans and 2 will be on the H100i CAP. ELITE 240 mm AIO.. I have the following just because of things that come packaged with parts if you want to make a recommendation to use any of the available parts. - 3 Lighting Node Pros -3 RGB Lighting Hubs - 1 Commander Pro - 1 Commander Core So my simple setup is use the Commander Core that came with the AIO. It controls 6 fans and 6 RGB. I am thinking of using 4 2 to 1 RGB splitters and everything will fit. 2 of the splitters would be used for fan and 2 for rgb. I'm ok with losing individual control. Will this work? Any downside? Any other recommendations with the hardware that I already have? I am open to anything .. just trying to keep as simple as possible. Thanks!
  2. Thank You so much. I have made a mistake. I did not realize corsair made more than 1 commander pro device. The one I used in the past was different. The LL120 3 packs also used to come with lighting node pro as opposed to lighting core. I have also decided to replace the ML fans that come with the AIO to LL120's to where all fans match. Keep in mind, I am not married to the commander pro that I ordered. I can always return it. What I currently have 8 LL120 Fans ( 3 for case top , 3 for case bottom and 2 on AIO inside case) Case is Lian Li O11D Mini 1 iCue Commander Pro Lighting and Fan Control 2 Lighting Node Cores (Came with LL120 3 packs) Other items for iCUE software: 4 sticks Dom Pro RGB Ram H115i K65 Mini Keyboard M65 Mouse ST100 Headset Stand So how does this change things up? Again, I am not opposed to sending the Commander Pro back for a refund, Thank You! KC
  3. So I'm building with 6 LL120 fans plus an H110i Elite that has another 2 fans for a total of 8 fans, I have a commander pro , and 2 lighting nodes that came with the LL120 3 packs. Do I need a second commander pro? Thanks in advance! KC
  4. So all of the sudden the LED on my H150i pro is flashing red. From what I have read, this seems to indicate the pump has gone bad. Playing call of Duty on my system is now running 90-99 degrees Celsius. I purchased the cooler in May of 2018 from Amazon, and I assume it is still under warranty. When I get home from work I’m going to start the RMA process. My processor is an intel i7-8700k stock with no overclock. Am I right to assume that removing the H150i pro will lower my cpu temps since the pump is not functioning? I am just wandering if it will be safe to use while I wait on a replacement. My theory is that with the pump not working, it is making the 8700k warmer then it would be without any sort of cooling solution. Can anyone back up my theory? Any advice would be appreciated. Can someone also confirm what I have read in that the warranty on the H150i Pro is 5 years? Thanks in advance for any help!! Casey
  5. I wonder if this is what is causing the issues in my DRAM sticks. I have Corsair RGB Ram (2 8GB sticks) Cue has never seen both sticks. It has seen one at the most. The one that is not seen is RED and the Corsair one is whatever I set it as in Cue.
