  1. those temps look okay i guess since ur idle, have u checked ur system file integrity with sfc/scannow
  2. oh yes, its treating me so well, excellent device my noctua is the industrial 3000 rpm noctua , running at 2000 # i cant see the color, except for the logo in the center thats barely visible from the fine mesh on top the case and also the colored electrical wires powering the fan. everything else is dead black when spinning.
  3. except u mod it and use a hdmi cable directly, will be tacky, probably last resort
  4. if i remember correctly, the rear hdmi is a dp port converted and as such i doubt even a converter would work well, cos i think the front is a direct hdmi out from d card to the front of the device, not sure since i have sold my elite
  5. now my system is setup, 3000 rpm fan from noctua running at 2000 rpm steady, constant, 247 overclocked 4.5 all cores, i can say this thing is a beast, cinebench r15 ; 2950-3000 rtx 2080ti card is either sleeping cos no overclock or anything , it does 1950 with 50c max , on assassin creed odyssey, fan hasn't come on, which is surprising. max temp cpu after a few hours of AC is 85, not bad considering Ac uses Avx, so i can drop down to 42 playing on 1440p UW lovely machine, another excellent machine from corsair decided to take fan control into my hands, silent fan isnt for me, don't wanna have a heart attack, need to hear fan spinning for sanity :D: my ear has been tuned to noise since corsair elite that ran my one at 3000rpm when gaming, i almost died due to noise pollution :D::D: this is dead silent compared to that and i have an area 51m for when i want absolute silence with good performance Corsair Good Job;): anyone has issues hit me up, i think i can be of help also running 64gb kit to see if there is any benefit

    Corsair 180

My 180 has an issue, anyone know how to resolve this when I switched it on for the first time , it came on and I went straight to bios , while just looking at the screen , the pc rebooted and started again , I went back to bios and it did reboot yet again but this time flashing red on the left pane led strip I checked online and found it had to do with heat , so I cross checked my fan and found out the fan wasn’t spinning again and I was sure it spun when I powered it on the first time So I proceeded to check the cable , all good , removed and put them back same issue. After some back and forth , I decided to plug the fan directly to the mobo header and remove the single pin plug coming from the cpu pump into that header The fan worked I managed to finish setup and enter into the icue software and it said Fan 0rpm , cpu, GpU pump and coolant all spinning 1922,1963 rpm and 27 and 22.6 respectively Does this mean the pump is bad, since I can’t control the fans thru the single pin ? Also the GpU fans don’t show any rpm on icue or any other monitoring software Do they start at a particular temperature or are they also controlled by the single pin removed from the fan header ? Please advice
  8. Hi Dustin, Any word on the overclocking i180 bios ?
  9. Does this come with extra SATA cable or power cable like the previous Corsair elite ?
  10. Hello Gents, can the i180 be overclocked and to what max, i hear some Mboard variables are locked as regards overclocking? Also can I still add an additional 2,5 SSD to the unit or an additional M.2 ?
  11. i don't know why we cant be told where to unplug the led cables from, not everyone wants a light
