  1. Some in this thread stated using compressed air in the volume wheel. While others started taking them apart. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/170256-corsair-virtuoso-volume-wheel/#comment-1064903 Sidenote: That was the worst Corsair reply I have ever seen. Looked like a copy-and-paste reply with no thought at all.
  2. I would also try using Revo uninstaller or CC cleaner to remove all the leftover registry files. Also, there is the USB suspend setting. A link to all the folders you need to delete. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-iCUE-How-to-perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-iCUE There are also some people stating that they bought a powered USB header and that fixed their disconnect issues.
  3. They did add some fixes to the last ICUE update. Hopefully, they get some new features added later on.
  4. The inside might have some cold/broken solder joints if they are disconnecting when you move it. Or perhaps the fan wiring has some cuts or nicks in it and shortens when you bump or move it. I would get an RMA for it Or borrow or buy one to test. You could try to force a firmware update on it and see what happens. Good luck with it.
  5. If you are feeling adventurous, you can take two plugs and make them one. All USB header plugs only use half of the header. You can run two devices off each plug if you feel like repinning it manually. If not there is a nice USB adapter that will make more plugins for you. I left you two links. I am not sure where you shop. Good luck and have fun. Amazon Link Corsair's Link
  6. I looked at mine. Corsair Dark Core Pro SE mouse. It enables mine when I use the Profile button on my mouse. As I change profiles, so do my Angle snap. It turns it on and off cycling through the profiles.
  7. As far as I know, everyone turns it off as it reduces your score (resource hog). It always has and always will in Synthetic benchmarks. RGB doesn't give you higher FPS. It is a joke, I had to say it. Sorry.
  8. @ Zanketsu I apologize as I didn't know you used a different language. Now it makes more sense to me. I am wondering if a complete uninstall and all registry files would solve it for you guys. I believe the reason that you are not seeing the "Auto Audio Repositioning." This is because on the XT everything is stripped from ICUE. And DOLBY is used to control all of it. The only thing in ICUE is Steareo and a few EQ settings for the XT.
  9. I am not sure what you are quoting and saying now. Because if you have USB sleep disabled then the quoted response wouldn't happen. You also have a sleep option under the headphone settings. You said you changed your channel settings and then right after that you stated you couldn't find it. Which one is it?
  10. The NEXUS is way past the EOL. They only did a total of about 2 updates for it in the whole release time. If anything the SDK source should be released publically. That would help everyone. I would imagine maybe a keyboard integration and OLED (bigger screen) would be the next move for a replacement. If that even happens as nothing was accomplished with the old NEXUS.
  11. The only few things I would do is try another USB port. Please turn off the USB suspend in the power options and test it. Other than making sure all the chipset drivers are up to date. And you are using Slipstream as well. I would remove that and test it with it.
  12. Tonight I had my watch on as usual. I have complained about this bad stitch design since the beginning of its release. About how course it was and always catching on stuff. And today it did. I guess that will pretty much do it. As of now all it will do is continue to unravel now. We need a new version without this badly designed stitching. It is what it is.
  13. Yeah, It isn't life-threatening. It is just there. Maybe a good 3 -5 second delay between the two. The sad part is the Pro is only supporting 3 fans while the XT is holding 6 and is still faster. We can only laugh and hope it gets resolved.
  14. I just tried to make my PSU USB work with it. It will light up but not in ICUE for it. I may just have to repin it to the other USB port as they will allow two devices per port. My issue is with both. I set both controllers up in hardware lighting to be one color on the boot. Then when it loads into the OS I have my color chosen there. The Pro takes a lot longer to catch up on both the Boot and Windows. That is why I was asking for a Timer adjustment for + or - as that would get it close. For instance, I could slow down the XT to get pretty close to the Pro. I will try to get an adapter for the USB. And see if that solves the issue for me. I will keep digging and see what else turns up.
  15. I guess I am the only one with these issues. It is what it is. Does anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions to try? I am not sure what to do now. There are just way too many wires and jumbled up[ mess and it is half working and the delay is awful. In my opinion, they should have made a minimum 12 port hub. That would be 3 front, 3 bottom, and 3 top. and one in the back and 2 extras in case you need them. And we need some daisy chain fans pronto.
