  1. Unbelievable. It's that time again... time to start pricing out components for a new PC build. My last build was all Corsair products because I thought just how neat it would be to have my pump, gpu, led, & fan controller all controlled together! WRONG It's not neat. And the fact that they haven't even offered us a single solution that works.. other then "reset the service" -- is total BS. After a fresh restart, fans running on the curves, temp readings flowing... it's not long before it feezes again, right when you need it most. What happened to the old CUE program? I don't believe I had any problems with freezing using those curves? Or better yet... REMOVE the curve system from iCUE --since it is totally jacked-- and use something else? Does anyone know of an alternative to running all this $500+ hardware with an alternative? I would join that class-action suit. Ridiculous.
  2. still happening as of 3.8.91 all fan control / pump control freezes (all run at default) every boot and randomly during use. I love how there is a 'restart service' button in the settings these days.. no need to open the services manually. Absolutely ridiculous.
  3. Same issue as the rest in this thread. iCUE readings stay frozen, fans run at default speeds. Corsair LINK was a constant headache as well. Corsair Hardware 10/10; Software... meh, not impressed over the past year (imo). I love the new iCUE software. I was running LINK for fan speed control and LED strips (Commander Pro) and then CUE for my keyboard and mouse... so when I saw that they had integrated into one program I was excited. Anyway. If I shutdown iCUE and restart the Corsair Service, and then reload iCUE everything will work fine for a while. After a reboot everything gets hosed again. After an hour or so of gaming everything freezes again (but I don't know until i exit the game and wonder why my fans are still running loud). It just so happened that I needed to do a system reload anyway, and recently started my Windows 10 installation from scratch. The issue with iCUE persisted. I have exported and attached my logs since then. Would be so great if this problem could be solved. I genuinely didn't like the LINK controls and enjoy the UI of iCUE much better. I just need it to work. I want to build a new PC and Corsair was my A-list for hardware. If the software can't make it all work together I suppose I will need to go another route. Thanks in advance. Hopefully this is resolved. PC Specs.txt iCUE logs.zip
