I know you can't comment on potential future releases, but a shift version of the AX1600i (or bigger), with some 12VHPWR connector goodness...... I would give you money for something like that. Actual spendable dollars.

Which PSU?

I am running a similar system and I'm powering it off an AX1600i. -
Introducing the CORSAIR +5V PSU LOAD BALANCER
Zone55555 replied to Corsair Angie's topic in New Product Releases
Quick question: My 5V Load Balancer just arrived (thanks!) but there's no manual included nor available for download, and the included cables aren't marked apart from the one end indicating it's producing a CPU (EPS12V) output. Fair and all, but the head-end to plug into the PSU isn't labelled, so, asking out of full paranoia: Is it Type-4 compatible, before I blow up my AX1600i and start a fire? I have to imagine it is given how new a product it is, but I'm in no rush here so safest to ask. I don't remember the differences between Type 3 and Type 4 specs well enough to just assume the EPS12V have a consistent pinout at the PSU side. Thanks in advance -
Managed to get 2 bottles of XL8 clear ordered from the corsair store (those max of 2 bottles limits HURT with $30 shipping to canada, I could only justify it by buying the 5V load balancer same time). Please restock the Corsair store on Amazon.ca I can buy many bottles there so long as they have them to sell. Or restock Canada Computers and Memory express to make it easier to buy. Or consider offering concentrates? I'd hate to have to switch coolants simply due to practicality issues in obtaining the stuff. Not a threat just a grim realization Im trying to avoid facing up to.

1000D with 10x QL120 fans, 8x LL120 fans to make a 2x XR7-480mm rad pushpull sandwich, the EKWB dual-D5 distro plate, the Asus Z690 Maximus Extreme Glacial takes an extra VGA power input to supply the PCIE lanes, and an absolute ton of RGB including Strimmers and multiple commander XTs and two sets of LC100 - yeah I probably do need this for my new build, even with the mighty AX1600i. -
Anyone else notice stock levels being bad on this stuff? Problems in the supply chain coming to a head? It's gone out of stock repeatedly on Amazon Canada and now on the Corsair site too (for XL8 clear anyhow, after months of limiting purchases to only 2 bottles). Newegg USA still has some but Newegg Canada doesn't know it exists at all. Canada Computers has seemingly stopped getting it in, and Memory Express has put it up as a Special Order item meaning no idea if they'll ever get it. Anyone able to say who the manufacturer is of XL8 by now? Used to be people would say the XL5 was Mayhems and as such you could use Mayhams dyes, but I haven't seen anyone posting about the source for XL8 nor anything about compatible dyes anywhere.

The ones that came with the 1.4M kit are different, they have a lip on the bottom side that combined with the magnets will stop the sliding of the original designed magnetic plates. That's a secondary benefit given my original issue is that in having to peel them off the first monitor they no longer stick adequately. And I have multiple kits beyond the starter as I stated above and I can use more than basic effects just fine. Regardless, none of this is answering my question to Corsair. I agree stronger magnets and plates would have been preferable, but the addition of the lip shows that they have learned something. Similarly, availability on the store of additional hinge-connector kits for the LC100 shows they've learned about consumables as well, just need this part addressed.

I'm getting a new monitor, and rather than peeling the stickies off my old one and transferring and praying they still work, it occurred to me to check whether extras were available on the Corsair store - didn't find any, so here I am asking. I'm not looking for anything free or anything, I'm perfectly willing to pay for them. I am moving 2x250mm and 4x450mm strips over from a 34" Acer X34P to a 49" Samsung Neo G9. I should probably have some idea of how many stickies that is, but without pulling them off my monitor I just don't. I'm guessing ~26? 5 per 450mm and 3 per 250mm? That's what it looks like when I poke my head around the backside. I have some extra stickies from a 1.4m strip I have desk-lighting plans for, but I'd rather keep those for that purpose than bogart them for this purpose. Thanks in advance

Nobody knows, but it sure seems like XL5 has been discontinued for some regions and XL8 is the replacement. I have both, and they are very different coolants as smell will tell you, so do not mix them.

They are very very different as one smell will tell you, so don't take any chances.
