It's working @ 1066 MHz. The DDR2-400 information is the default SPD info and doesn't reflect the actual speed.

Did you set the memory Voltage to 2.1 Volts if so you should be set they are running at DDR1066.

Yes, as always...

What about the Performance Enhance and X.M.P. settings?

SO, your guaranteeing that my modules will not fail, like the last 3 times??? Is there diagnostic tools to determine why they are failing or what?

How are they failing? You've already passed diags with Memtest86+ v4.20. They're running at the rated speed / timings / voltage.

I dont know. That is why I am asking for technical assistance. These memory modules are my 4th set already. There has to be a reason why they fail after every couple of months.

Ive been running them at the rated speed with my cpu overclocked at 3.6ghz.

What is your definition of failing? You are stating that you don't know how they are failing, yet you are saying they fail every couple of months. That makes no sense.

Yes, I saw that, but i wanted to move the thread to the correct location.

SO, youre telling me that I have to fork out more money to get a new Mother board?

I hate electronics...

I am trying to go back to my 3.6ghz overclock, should i try raising the ram voltage to 2.2v?

If they memory keeps failing after a period of time yes that would suggest the MB and or CPU or maybe PSU has some issue.

Well, i dont have money right now to buy a new motherboard. Besides, I had my motherboard checked by Gigabyte. I told them that i have been replacing my modules and wanted to see if they can do anything about it. Of course, they dont tell you what they fixed on the board, they just say its Fixed...

The point is that they run fine right now, but after a good amount of time they will fail.

There are options inside the Advanced Timing Control menu named Command Rate and Drive Profiles(for each module).

-The command rate is usually on auto when you first put the modules, but I set it to 2.
-For the Drive Profiles, I had it set to 1066mhz for each module.

Should these options be on auto or the way I have it set up?
