Sad RMA'ed Twin2x4096-6400C4DHX problem

After a month of using my RMA'ed memory module, I'm now experiencing the same problem I had before when I'm using my purchased RAM. Here's the problem.

When I turn on my computer it suddenly turns off after 1~3 secs. Then, a sudden on again. After that it hangs on black screen. No boot, doesn't proceed to POST, and doesn't have HD led light but the lights are on including power light, GPU light, and MOBO light. Also, all of the fans are running including case fan, HSF, GPU fan and even the hard drive was running. Now, I tested only the other one and its working but has the same process before it continues to boot and proceed to its OS. For the other one (RAM), it has the same problem with the 2 RAM inserted. I already tried to switch the slots but same problem occurred. I also tried it on other computer but same problem happen.

Can you please help me guys with this problem? Thanks a lot for your help.

PS...Sorry for my English, I'm not good at it.

first thing i would try is a new CMOS battery, boot and set bios defaults and then change the voltage and timings to what is on the sticks. see if that helps the power off and on upon boot.\then we can take it from there if need be.

Thinking about combining 2 or more sets of ram?? even the same part# is not suggested, recommended or supported.

EVERY TIME YOU COMBINE MORE THAN 1 SET OF RAM, A KITTEN, 2 PUPPIES AND A BABY PANDA DIES.

COMBINING RAM? <-read these-> COMBINING RAM?

Sir after I replaced the CMOS battery the sudden on and off was lost however the other RAM still has the same problem. I'm now worrying that it might be faulty. Can someone please help me if there's any solution for this one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Are you trying to mix two sets of modules? If so when you install them try and increase the memory Voltage to 2.0 Volts and increase the MB/MCH Voltage +.2 Volts and lower the memory frequency to DDR667.

What do yo mean by two sets sir? 2 pairs of Twin2x4096-6400C4DHX? I only have a pair of this module which was sent to me by your RMA department.

Please test the modules one at a time and be sure to set the settings manually and disable legacy USB when running www.memtest.org
