Default CM2X1024-6400C4 Only one ram stick working.

Hi,

My old asus p5n32 sli board went bent bad and it seems that one of my memory sticks, from the CM2X1024-6400C4 kit, was being used in that motehrboard and is no longer functioning. I have tried it in a different board with no success. Am I stilll covered by the warranty?

Yes that is correct but you will want to get both modules replaced so they both match.

Hi Ram Guy,

I posted the memory for rma around two weeks ago to the address specified, I included a copy of the email and the rma number/my address on the outside of the package but I still haven't had a response. I checked the rma status online and it says that they haven't recieved the items.

My case # 2233855
