Vengence 2000 - blue light on , amber on on charging

bought this headset last week.

Vengence 2000 - blue light on , amber on on charging socket without any plugged in mini usb

No response. Not working . on / off BLUE always on.

plugged in mini usb cable also, same state , it stuck like that 1 hr.

Can anyone help?

I am at present gona leave my headset without charging hope everything completely discharged then i charge...

I think some serious problem with this headset...not sure what it is.

Discharge the battery (leave it on until the battery drains). Then try again.

hey it worked.

But i am disappointed with quality of the sound. Its not compared hs1 USB headphone.

I wanted a headset , i thought wireless headset helps but quality of audio really not good at all.

Speaker vibrating too much..kinda it produce noise in high frequency and low frequency.

They should stop selling this headset. Audio quality is bad. I tried every sound possible. Just not good.

oops the sound quality is bad because of VLC player playback. i was mad thought it was headset issue. So that issue solved i am ok with headset!.

i use windows media player now...better quality than VLC player...if anyone can tell me high audio play back software let me know.

Also driver say i can only do max of 48000hz , why not 192khz? I found better the sample better quality of sound.
