Default K60 keys are malfunctioning

I think I accidentally sent 2 requests under this email one today and one on friday, but I want to make a post about this as well.

I bought my K60 some time in mid May and I was using it (with the occasional stuck key) until last week where my keyboard suddenly activating random keys. I analyzed this and figured out that every time I press certain a key, it would press the same set of keys.

Example:
If I press 'q' it would activate 'aqz'
'a' -> 'aqz'
'z' -> 'aqz'
'w' -> 'wsx'
'backspace' -> 'backspace' '\' 'Enter'

My guess is that something must have shorted inside causing the keyboard to read a key press as the column of key presses associated with the key.
(Some keys are not affected maybe because they are on their own column, '0-9' 'g' and 'h')

I'm not sure what I should do. FYI I accidentally threw away my box during my move back from college so I lack any information from the box.

Have you tried the keyboard on a different machine to see if the key issue persisted? If so, I would request a RMA with the link to the left so we can replace it for you.
