Default CM2X1024-8500C5D ram stop working

Hi,

One of my ram modules has stopped working.
My PC won't boot at all (black screen, I cannot event get into BIOS).
Without the suspicious stick, the system works flawless.

I had 2 kit of Corsair CM2X1024-8500C5D.
I sold one, but I didn't take care to the lot codes. My remaining RAM sticks has two different lot codes.

I already ask for a RMA, but is there any problem if lot codes did not match ?

No as long as you send both modules they will just replace them both.
