My SSD Corsair Force LS 240GB cannot be initialized / formatted

Good day I have a SSD drive Corsair Force LS 240gb. The program has been downloaded Corsair SSD Toolbox. Status SMART write error, drive 3 months. It was in RAW format and won't let me format through windows 10 and if start the installation from the disc for win 10. It is possible to reanimate? Format using your program, formatting proceeds without errors.

I already sent a request to support, but can you guys tell me how to solve the problem or is that all you can throw.

Strange to see the toolbox reporting failed when none of the indicators are red. It may be best to replace the drive rather than restore it into a working state as SMART is reporting it has failed alternatively, have you tried diskpart or Parted Magic?

Of course I would like to try to restore it, he's only 3 months! but were purchased a long time in the store. Warranty unfortunately is over! lying on the shelf and all. Diskpart - tried cleaning clean(it became 2 seconds and gave nothing) But PartedMagic not tried.

The drive is only three months old?
