No RMA support although it's been approved?

So as it seems for most people, the ticket system is a shambles and takes weeks for anyone to reply. Now, my RMA was approved after 2 weeks waiting and then they said I would receive an email with a shipping label attached - it's been a further week without a follow up email..is this normal?

 

"Your RMA has been approved. Further instructions have been emailed to you. Please check your inbox / spam folder. You can also click on the Shipping Label link at the top right of the ticket for return instructions. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you."

 

 

1. Theres no link to shipping labels on the page.

2. I've never recieved an email with one attached. (yes, i've checked junk folder)

Hello,

 

We were in the middle of transferring our tickets to a new system, so it is taking longer than usual for our agents to get to those tickets. I am very sorry about that. We are working hard to reach out to those who had tickets before the shift and working with the customer to have a resolution.
