darahjuang Posted January 25, 2018 Share Posted January 25, 2018 Hi i'm from indonesia. i had memory CMD32GX4M2B2800C14, which 1 piece dead i had try with different way. so i call corsair indonesia to claim the guarantee, but they refuse it couse this memory i'm buy online and outside indonesia. so where i must claim the guarantee? and why you had service center in indonesia if they can't handle this case? just for information i had macbook pro that i buy in outside indonesia and when i'm claim guarantee indonesia service center can handle it. :mad::mad::mad::mad: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
