voyager air

Hi

I have a Voyager Air external hard drive. I bought it about 4 years again but haven’t used it for a while. I’m trying to connect it with my iPhone but the app is replying that it can not detect the drive. How can I resolve the problem please?

Hello kevincauson,

 

Do you know what firmware you are on? Have you tried connecting via a web browser using the default IP of 192.168.77.1? If you have it connected to your network, your router likely has assigned it a different IP.

 

I'd suggest submitting a ticket at support.corsair.com. I'm sure they would be able to help!
