Krokarn
I notised yesterday that all monitoring freezed after long time on the screen, in "Dashboard" i have GPU, MP500, i7 6700K, Motherboard, Commander PRO, H115i and my RM850i...and all of them had only straigt lines or freezed numbers. After i did a restart of my PC it did not worked again, but restarted again and now it works. Maybe it is time for me to do an reinstall of my W10 Home, will do that once every year to have a fresh PC. But i will wait untill a updated iCUE is released. Toasted
When the issue happens again, Open Task Manager and check whether Corsair.Service is running in the background.
DevBiker
Do you have any other monitoring tools running on the system? Also, in addition to check the Corsair.Service, export the logs by going to settings and clicking "Export system info and logs".

I think i need to do an reinstall of my W10 soon, to test if it is my PC that is the problem. I would not do that, it freezes for me as well, mostly the Dark Core mouse. I would hope that this will be fixed soon.
