Sad Question about an RMA

I recently submitted a rma request and got it approved and it was for 2 out of my 4 XMS2-6400 modules. For some odd reason today my third stick went out is it possible to submit another RMA or somehow add the other bad stick to the first RMA that is approved?

That might suggest some other problem, and when say the module went out can you be more specific? What happened to lead you to think it is the memory?
