Default Ultra low prices on Windows 7 full versions. Any one heard of this company?

OK, so I'm to the point in my computer build that I need the OS. I have settled on Win 7 Pro 64 bit. Figured for the price I would try the OEM version. It has been about 140.00 most places. Got an email for a weekend special at New Egg for 125.00 with a promo code. Figured I'd bite the bullet and order it today. Last night looking through, seeing if Amazon had changed their price any, and saw an ad on their site for a company called: $^$^$^^$^$^.com. They sell the full retail version of the Win 7 Pro for 90.00!! Sounds great but it also raises some big RED FLAGS. I was visitor #560 when I first entered their site last night, 576 this morning, so sounds like a new company. Also, all they show to sell are the 3 retail versions of Win 7, Microsoft Office Pro 2003, and Office Pro 2010. Pretty limited product line.
So, finally my question...Has anyone here heard of them? I've emailed them to find out where the company is located and if they are affiliated with a local Better Business Bureau. Know of a way to be able to check them out on line? I tried resellerratings.com, but they aren't listed their. Thanks!!! Jim.

No way in hell should anyone buy from them. Way too many red flags on that site (not to mention the domain name has only been registered for 2 months).

Yes, I had already decided not to. Price sure looks nice though. I see that their ad on the Amazon page for the Win 7 Pro 64 OEM is now gone. Not sure if those rotate or not as there are still 3 ads there. Thanks for the note. Hopefully no one will get take by them. Jim.

Things like this can be tempting but if you fall for it you'll only be sorry...

A BBB membership proves nothing except that they paid the annual membership fee. I've read more than one newspaper item about how companies with excellent BBB ratings still have lots of outstanding customer issues.

If they have no Resellerratings entries then I would avoid them like the plague. Also, if their RR score is less than say 7.0, then I would also avoid them. Just look at the ratings scores for well-respected companies like newegg.com or B&H Photo. 9+ for both.

About four years ago, I was shopping for a new motherboard, RAM, etc., and I compared the total price from a bunch of stores with the RR. Amazing. You could save up to 10% if you went with the low-price guys, but you also would be buying from a store with ratings below 1.0 cases. So I think of the 10% as the "no hassles, no issues" premium, which I am very happy to pay.
