Default M60 lift height problem

Hi, I just got this mouse and I've got a a problem with it. When I set the lift height to low the sensor stops tracking from time to time. I'm using the Razer Scarab mousepad and I get ~4 on the tracking test so I doubt it's that.

Anyone got any suggestions? It's not a huge deal and I can play on mid-low perfectly fine, but I'd like it to be even lower.

Its relative to the type of surface you're using, rather than the quality of the surface. See if this changes if you don't use the mousepad.

Yeah it seems to have something to do with the pad. However now I ran into another problem, the middle mouse wheel button seems to not register if not pressed quite hard. I hear the click but nothing happens, is this faulty or is it just a bit stiff? I don't have to press it super hard, but quite hard and from the middle part of the wheel.

Not entirely true - mine does not. I am enjoying the heck out of my M60 - and use it about 6hrs daily for gaming and general PC tasks.

Request an RMA to get the M60 replaced.

Let me know your case number when you submit the RMA and I'll process it for you.

The scroll wheel should not rattle. If your M60 does. Request an RMA to replace it.
