Angry My 3rd H100 stopped after 3 months

My H-100 stopped. No lights. Fans don't start.
Tried reconnecting Pump molex, no avail
Submitted an RMA
It shows and open RMA Case number #2798012 which was replaced by supplier, the 2nd RMA.

Trying to submit an RMA for the 3rd time. Each time I get the case number but unable to check RMA status.
I had given a gmail ID where I do not get confirmation mail.
When I check for RMA status asking for case number it asks me the e-mail ID. The Gmail ID which I provide is not accepted and I get a message
"Not located"

I am sorry but I would suggest calling your reseller since you are in India they will process the RMA's locally.

Thank you Ramguy. In Last RMA I got the RMA approval and shipping label from Corsair which I presented to the Reseller,Primeabgb,Mumbai.Based on this they gave me a replacement immediately.
I wonder why I did not get mail from Corsair when I raised the ticket. Is it because I gave a Gmail ID or what is wrong ?

I am not sure but if you requested an RMA the system will auto generate an email, but sometimes these replies get blocked because of the reply to address. So be sure to check your spam folder.

I guess I am confused, are you doing an RMA directly with us or with your reseller? If you had an RMA with us then you would have to ship the failed unit to The Netherlands...?

I raised an RMA using the link on the left. Last time when I RMAed I got a mail from corsair on RMA status and approval on Yahoo mail ID. They also sent me a shipping label directing me to send it to Hongkong (expensive for me). I went to re-seller with copies of corsair RMA acceptance mail and shipping label and they replaced it immediately.

This time, however, despite 3 attempts (with 3 different case numbers) I did not get a mail. Also as posted earlier it refused to accept my Gmail ID saying "Not located".

Finally I gave to back to the re-seller and have to wait for ten days. This is my grouse.

Thank you. I do not remember the case. I raised a couple of tickets but get the message (Screen shot attached) when I try to retrieve the case number.

I am sorry but I cannot find a case using either email address the one in that PDF and the one you used to create this account on the forum. I would suggest calling our customer service by phone.

The shrink wrapped box was opened by the re-seller,Primeabgb,Mumbai and voila !, the radiator was damaged !.

I have then told them to open each box they receive for sale, check for deformities and test for pump noise and fan controller issues.I made them open and read issues with H-80 and H-100 in this forum.

I have never had to open anything I buy from this re-seller till now.
H-100 has left a bad taste. Can't take chances anymore

Today I went again to my re-seller,Primeabgb, who had two units. I checked one Sr.no.2580312299403 whose fan controllers were not working, the second, Sr.no.257312299403 was checked and found ok. I am unsure as to how many days will this work.
I should thank my re-seller,Primeabgb, who stood by me and helped to get replacements.
They were kind enough to let me test the units before I could pick the right one.
As I write this I have to yet mount the H100. Will post back developments.
