Default M90 not working

I received the mouse today. It was working but profile LED's not functioning. I updated firmware. Mouse worked properly for about an hour and suddenly failed when I tried to change profile settings.

I tried updating firmware and I get the following error: ''Change Firmware Work Mode Fail!''. I tried unplugging mouse and plugging again but still not working at all with all LED's off. Please advice.

I found that the profile LED doesn't work if you don't have hardware playback turned on.

As for the firmware not reflashing, the only time I got that error was when I tried to use it without the Vengeance software installed.

Please re flash your firmware:

Install the software.

Note that at all times at least one of the six LED lights should be on. Now they will not change unless you are in hardware playback, and you have saved up to six profiles to the mouse itself.
