Corsair 650D Fan Controller

So the toggle switch on my Corsair 650D fan controller broke off the other night; it's been getting worse and worse over time (harder to slide b/w the 3 speeds) and it finally snapped off. Wondering...

That's fine, but I'm only looking to fit one fan in the rear exhaust of the case and controlled by the built in fan controller. All you've mentioned doesn't really apply to my use.
But whatever, I...

The 650D came out after the 800D though, and all I'm saying is other manufacturers have been doing 140mm fans with 120mm mounting holes for years now, so Corsair did slip up IMO. I'm gonna bust...

Ya, but like I said, the Noctua's allow you to mount 140mm in 120mm holes, guess Corsair didn't have the foresight to support all their cases, which is disappointing. Guess i'll stick to Noctua....

Cancelled the order for now.
If anyone can confirm that the AF140 fits in the 120mm rear exhaust spot of the 650D, I'll reorder. Hopefully someone from Corsair chimes in!

Thanks.

Cause the fans are connected to the 650D fan controllers, which suits my needs.
I figured the AF140 would have 120mm mounting fans, similar to the Noctuas, but I guess not. Time to cancel the order.

I've got two AP-15's on my H100 and they work just fine.

Your temps aren't that bad, but as others have said, I don't think the R4's are good with the H100.

I have my 2600k at 4.5GHz with an H100 and on Prime95 testing, the load temps might hit 60C, but...

I think I know why I don't have this issue.
I'm using the rubber mounts that were provided with the fan fix kit, and maybe those give it enough space to get rid of this whine people are experiencing.

I just want to be sure I'm not drawing too much power on...

It shouldn't matter though because the 3 pin connector doesn't control the pump, it simply passes RPM readings to the mobo so that it doesn't complain of a no CPU fan error.
