At random times at startup since iCUE 5.3 my Nexus looses all screens and is black. When it does this i have to restore backup or reconfigure my screens as they are gone from iCUE. Seems like iCUE somehow forgets my custom screens as when i go into iCUE they are completely gone. Have removed all preinstalled screens so cant say anything about them. - Have tried forcing FW update, - Removed Nexus along side all HID devices associated with it and then reconnect - Uninstalled and reinstalled iCUE. Above fixes have not worked as it still at random times looses screens, was no issues with iCUE 4.

Corsair Darkstar. RGB on middle mouse button? Could be a toggle button in device settings if you want it on or off.

Resolved by a reinstall of iCUE and did an hardware reset on the mouse. Was probably a conflict with my old Dark Core PRO RGB that i tried to run along side one another but they did intefered with eatchother settings such as lightning and button commands.

Bug issue Corsair Dark Star. DPI upp and down buttons cannot be remapped without it retaining the DPI upp and down function. For example if I map DPI up to keystoke forward and DPI down to Keystroke backwards it will do the commands i set but at the same time it will also change DPI. yes i have not selected "retain original output". This correlates to the next issue. Even if i disable some DPI setting it will still go after the default ones, example if i choose only three dpi modes 1000, 2000, and 3000 it will still change as if it was the default ones 400, 800, 1200, 1600 and 3200. It will stick to the DPI mode i choose ex 2500 but as soon as i press DPI up or down if will default to hardware default values. Tried to disable all DPI but one but will still change DPI to HW default values. It seems as if the DPI buttons follow some hardware set values and will not listen to software, tried to disable and remove hw profies and also disable the buttons in "hardware key assigments" but to no avail. As of now DPI up and down are useless if you want to set them on other function exept their default values.

Got this exact issue to. Multipoint connections with the Virtuoso XT reciver and my Dark Core RGB PRO is 800ms (tested and confirmed) with no way to change it. Thought it was to be 1000ms? Virtuoso Wireless Receiver firmware is 5.9.130 and the Icue version is 4.33.138.

Dark Core Pro RGB, DPI lights (the three on the side) is not lighting up when the mouse returns from sleep/off mode and corsair software is running. When in hardware mode one blue light is showing. If i change the dpi from the one that is set with buttons and or software they light up again and stay lit until next sleep or power off.

K100, OSD for the wheel showing what mode is active, heck bring back OSD for other functions as well like :)

K100, zoom on controll wheel is only zooming and not out in regardless what direction i turn the wheel.

+1 for this. If it's confusing for new users put it under an advanced tab in the option menu. Also please allow us to switch between hardware lightning and software lightning independently of other perefials, like say I have my memory on a static red color then i see no need for it to run under software mode and draw unessesay resourses.

1000 Polling rate at the moment see no need for more and it can become a bit wonkey on higher polling rates. If I se it above 2000 the mouse will freeze randomly and i have to unplug and replug it. Yea i have watched a teardown of the M65 Ultra an I can't see anything other than the MCU that could case this heat buildup, the alu parts take a bit to warm up but if i just let it sit on the mouse pad for a while and the feel on the pad were the mouse have been sitting it warm to the touch, 35 degrees C messured with a ir gun.

It the wired version so no 2.4ghz to try out :) Tried it in other ports and on another computer (with lastest icue installed) and same issue. The Top of tje right mousebutton ner the scroll wheel get warmer and after about 1-1.5h the underside of tbe mouse feels a bit heated and it's then the mouse feels like it's radiating heat, you can def feel it when moving you and from the mouse to write on the keybord and the grabbing the mouse again. Have it connected through the passthrough on my k100. Checked port power on k100 with my usb tester and it shows 5.008v and the mouse is drawing 0.1A or 100mA so no issues there. Issue began in the lines with new icue version so thiking it could maybe be software related and icue doing someting with the mouse making it work harder? Have created a case so will see what happens. Would hate to be parted from it as it's the best dame mouse I have owned and it's out of stock in the entire EU :(

My M65 Ultra bought in September last year so first revision have begun to heat up a bit when just sitting unused. Right side and the underside is the parts that heating up the most and they can be around 32.5 degrees celcius just sitting still. This began wirh the newest iCue version i belive as I jave not noticed this before (you notice it just laying you hand on the mouse). Tried an older M65 Elite on the same port and it does not heat up like this. Software or hardware issue?

For me i'm seeing a more frequent C-state drop on my 10900K on v4.14.179, before this version on the V4 my CPU has been pinned at 4.9ghz. Now it's downclocking to 799Mhz and v-core dropping to 0.7v more regular as well as going to 5ghz on fewer core treads. Sure it wont enter lower C-stats as frequent as when i'm closing iCUE and it still runs at about 16-18w compared to 9w when iCUE i closed, but this was and big step forward from previous 21-25w. 👍 for me as of now.

Forgott. Also as an result of no lower c-states my Vcore wont drop below 1v as if i close iCUE v4 or downgrade to V3 it will drop to around 0.8v. This will together drop my idel temps 4-5 degrees C and my game temps at about the same as it 10-15w less to handle by the system. All aside from that I like V4 but this must be fixed ASAP. Also Detroit Become Human crashes iCUE v4 freezing fans, water temp etc. It blinks white and then returns to whatever color profile was set only a close and restart of iCUE solves it, restart service does nothing.

Since ICUE V4 my CPU (10900k) wont downclock but stay att 4.9ghz all the time and cpu watt is a 20-25w. CPU usage is good at around 1-2% so no biggie there. If I downgrade to the last ICUE V3 the CPU will downclock itself to 799Mhz and cpu wattage is around 10-12w. Sadly i cant stay att the V3 as i got an virtuoso xt the requires V4 😞 I think it got to do with software lightning for the RAM, if I set that to on in V3 i also get higher cpu wattage and no downclock to lower c-states. But in V4 you removed the disable software option for the RAM not allowing me to simply use only hardware Profiles.
