  2. Hey everyone, I recently purchased a refurbished Corsair AX1200i. Everything works fine but, unfortunately, it did not come with a Corsair Link cable which is the primary reason I purchased it in the first place (instead of just purchasing a new PSU). Is it possible for me to purchase a link cable from somewhere or is Corsair able to send me one? I live in Australia and I sent in a support ticket but its been over a week with no response. I still have my RM750i with all cables and accessories (including the two link cables that came with it) but the RMi has a miniUSB port with an optional analogue port. The AXi only has a analogue port for Corsair Link which the RMi analogue cable cannot directly connect to the internal USB header through. I understand this is what I need but have no way of purchasing it even if it was in stock: AX 1200i/860i/760i USB to i2C adapter (corsair.com) This is my first time posting to the forums so please let me know if there are any issues or require more information.
  3. I got a brand new AX860i and had not used or tested the usb info feature at the time because I was missing headers. I have tested it now and the temperature readings are just impossible. Fixed at -198.5°C/-325.3°F. Tried changing internal usb connection and installing both icue and corsair link. No success. I have efficiency readings and control of the fan. Only temperature seem not to work. Ideas anyone?
  4. Hi folks, Recently purchased a used AX1200i without the original usb-i2C adapter (dongle) https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Power-Supplies/AX-1200i-860i-760i-USB-to-i2C-adapter/p/CP-8920019 and unfortunately, Corsair support claimed the 1200i, quoted, 'has turned into a discontinued product and due to this reason, some spare parts are not for sell any more', and asked me to look on ebay, which I have no luck finding one. My question, if the dongle is intended to act as an Analog-digital convertor, will the 'CORSAIR Link Analog to Digital Bridge Cable for RM Series' work for the AX1200i through the comm port? https://www.corsair.com/ca/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Power-Supplies/CORSAIR-Link-Analog-to-Digital-Bridge-Cable-for-RM-Series%E2%84%A2-PSU/p/CP-8920119#tab-faqs Many thanks. Felix
  5. Hi guys, do you know when corsair will do the audio sync with corsair link?
  7. I have a new Pc with 2 Corsair 120 pro(red) fan and one Corsair 140 pro(red) fan and the Corsair Icue dosent show them and i don't understand to configurate them with Corsair link so if anyone could explain Corsair Link to me or has any idea why Corsair Icue dosn't show/find them (all fan run and light in red) is welcome to share his/her idea to help me. have a nice day or night depending when you read this.
  8. Hi, I recently bought a Corsair h115i cooling. Download the iCue software and it does not work properly. I tried downloading Corsair Link and it worked fine for a few weeks. And now it works badly, when turning on the PC the fans go to more than 2000 RPM. It goes with a temperature of 45 or less and the LED turns red. Another thing, sometimes while playing goes crazy and speed up to the maximum. Without having very high temperatures. I hope you can help me and I apologize for my bad English, I'm from Argentina. Greetings to all!
  9. Hello, I'm seeming to have some troubles with how to route my wires with my corsair products and make them all link together in corsair I-Cue/Corsair Link. As you can see from the title I have 4 HD 120 fans, a corsair h100i and an RGB strip that comes with the corsair carbide spec omega RGB case. I also have a corsair commander pro and 1 fan hub and 1 lighting node pro. I'm confused on how I would route this successfully, my ideal situation is where I have control over the 4 HD120 fans and I am able to link up all of my RGB. My proposed idea: All of the HD120's have one 3 pin connector going into the fan hub and one going into the fan area of the commander pro, this 'should' give me control over both fan speed and RGB. I also think that I should plug my corsair ML120's that come with my cooler into the H100i pump and that pump should go into the USB section of my commander pro. Then I can plug my RGB strip from my case into the LED section of my commander pro. Then finally I can plug in my fan hub into the LED section of my commander pro. After that, I think that I can plug my commander pro into a USB header on my motherboard. Tell me if I did anything wrong in my planning, I don't fully understand the commander pro. I think that I will have an extra lighting node pro if I go this way.
  10. I have 3 monitors configured as one 5760 x 1080 workspace with NVIDIA surround for gaming and a 4th monitor above them. I open Corsair Link software on my main 3-monitor workspace and can't move it to the 4th monitor. I can drag it there, but it snaps back when I release the mouse. All other software I use will stay on the 4th monitor. I had hoped to watch temps on Corsair Link while I was gaming. Am I missing something?
  11. Since updating to the latest after a couple days of using it all of a sudden none of my devices, system specs or sensors are showing up meaning I cannot control my H115i or my RAM lighting. I've tried rolling back but it doesn't matter what version I install it still shows nothing
  12. Zotty's RGB superthread has been moved to the iCUE Software section. Link: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=173880
