H80 Fan Issue (Fan stops and resumes spinning at idle)

Hey Guys!

I really need some help with my Corsair H80 Stock (Pull)Fan/radiator.

I noticed just the other day that it stops and resumes its spin every 30 seconds or so while my system is idling and even when I ran a stress test.

I tried:
-Exchanging fan connections in the pump
-Holding the speed button when booting up so that the light in the pump blinks. Either I did it wrong or It was of no use.

Is that a normal thing or should I be doing something about it?


Btw, my fans/radiator are configured so that they suck air from inside the case and blow it outside(exhaust). They're located at the back of my case.

Any help would be much appreciated!
