Default Msi 845gl Ram

I purchased Corsair XMS memory module (512k) CMX512-3200 and the motherboard box says to use DDR266 memory. Is what I have compatible or should I send it back for exchange?

that ram will work fine, its backwards compatible to the slower speed bus of the mobo

first i took apart a 286, then a 386, then a bunch of 486s, then a bunch of socket 7s....
