Default Unglued heatsink

Hi,

I bought the TWIN2X2048-8500C5D last mont and everything was fine until I took the memory modules out of the box and realize that one of the 2 modules have one heatsink unglued. what I mean is that the heatsink seem to have fell from the memory.
So I'm stuck with a pair of memory that one have it's heatsink perfect on it and the other have just one.

What can I do with it ? I don't want to test before I have some explanation about this. Is this covered by the warrantly ?

Thanks a lot

Let's get them replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them. Be sure to check the box that says “I've already spoken to Technical Support and/or RAM Guy.”

We will need to replace both of them, since they are not sold individually.
