Default TWIN2X2048-6400C4D and Asus P5B Deluxe Detailed SPD Settings?

I read the setting for my memory following the link is your signature, but it does not seem to apply directly to my memory/motherboard combination. I notice that these settings are not specifically for my motherboard. I have commented below where I have questions specifically.

Testing parameters for Twinx/XMS2-6400C4:
Twin2x2048-6400C4 Data Sheet

Motherboard make and model: Asus P5WD2 or M2N32-SLI Premium/Deluxe
Each pair is tested and packaged together using the following settings:
AI Over Clock Tuner: Manual
CPU External Frequency: Manually set to 200MHz Don't I want this at 266?
DDR2 SDRAM Clock: Manually set to 800MHz I have this set at DDR2-800MHz
PCI Express Freq: Auto
PCI Freq: 33.33 This is not an option the settings start at 90 and go to 150
Performance Mode: Standard
DRAM Timing Selectable: Manual
SDRAM CAS Latency: 4T
SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4T
SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4T
SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12T
SDRAM Write Recovery Time: 5
Write to Precharge Delay: 15 (If it's Listed)
Command Rate: 2T
DDR2 SDRAM Voltage: 2.1
CPU Core Voltage: Auto
FSB Termination V: 1.50 V
MCH Chipset V: 1.65V
ICH Chipset V: 1.20V
All other settings are motherboard defaults.
Maximum DDR2 recommended VDIMM: 2.1 Volts

Default What I meant to post

Sorry I must have hit enter and posted before I meant to. Here is what I was trying to post:

From RAM Guy's Signature link:

Motherboard make and model: Asus P5WD2 or M2N32-SLI Premium/Deluxe
Each pair is tested and packaged together using the following settings:
AI Over Clock Tuner: Manual
CPU External Frequency: Manually set to 200MHz Don't I want this at 266?
DDR2 SDRAM Clock: Manually set to 800MHz I have this set at DDR2-800MHz
PCI Express Freq: Auto
PCI Freq: 33.33 This is not an option the settings start at 90 and go to 150
Performance Mode: Standard Where is this set I can't seem to find it.
DRAM Timing Selectable: Manual
SDRAM CAS Latency: 4T I have this set at 4T
SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4T I have this set at 4T
SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4T I have this set at 4T
SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12T I have this set at 12T
SDRAM Write Recovery Time: 5 I have this set at 5T
There is a setting DRAM TRFC default setting 42 is that correct?
There is a setting DRAM TRRD default setting is 10 is that correct?
There is a setting Rank Write to Read Delay default setting is 10 is that correct?
There is a setting Read to Precharge Delay default setting is 10 is that correct?
Write to Precharge Delay: 15 (If it's Listed) This is set to 10 by default should I change to 15?
Command Rate: 2T Does this setting apply to my motherboard and if so what is the correct setting and where is it found?
DDR2 SDRAM Voltage: 2.1 I have this set to 2.1V
CPU Core Voltage: Auto I have this set to Auto
FSB Termination V: 1.50 V 1.50V is not an option I have the option of Auto, 1.200V, 1.300V, 1.400V, 1.450V which is the correct setting?
I have a setting for NB VCore with the options of Auto, 1.25V, 1.45V, 1.55V, 1.65V with a default of Auto which is the correct setting?
I have a setting SB Vcore(SATA,PCIE) with the options Auto, 1.50V, 1.60V, 1.70V, 1.80V with a default of Auto which is the correct setting?
MCH Chipset V: 1.65V Is this one or both of the previous two settings?
ICH Chipset V: 1.20V I have the option of Auto, 1.057V or 1.215V with a default of Auto which is the correct setting?
Are there any other setting for my motherboard that I am missing?
All other settings are motherboard defaults.
Maximum DDR2 recommended VDIMM: 2.1 Volts

Thanks for any help/advice!

Note that I had removed what was unecessary such as Command Rate from your settings in my prior post.

AI Over Clock Tuner: Manual
CPU External Frequency: Manually set to 266MHz
DDR2 SDRAM Clock: 800MHz
PCI Express Freq: 100MHz
Performance Mode: Standard
DRAM Timing Selectable: Manual
SDRAM CAS Latency: 4T
SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4T
SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4T
SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12T
SDRAM Write Recovery Time: 5
Write to Precharge Delay: 15
DDR2 SDRAM Voltage: 2.1v
CPU Core Voltage: Auto
FSB Termination V: 1.50 V
MCH Chipset V: 1.65V
ICH Chipset V: 1.20V
All other settings are motherboard defaults.
Maximum DDR2 recommended VDIMM: 2.1 Volts

This is all you need worry about. Leave all else on Auto or Default.

Default 2 more questions

The FSB Termination Voltage I have max of 1.450V is that what I want? The previous post says 1.500 but I can't set it there.

Also MCH Chipset is that NB VCore or SB Vcore or both on my mobo?

Thanks
