Default xms3200xl 2-2-2-5 T1 or T2

hi guys cna u tell help plz
i have athlon 64 4000+ san diego with corsair xms3200xl 2x512
asus a8n-sli premium mobo.
now shoul i have my ram set on T1 or T2 with 2-2-2-5
ive not overclocked at all.

Command Rate: 1T for all 3200 series modules.

Command Rate is not really a memory setting and would be dependent on the make and model of MB and PSU and the specific CPU you have installed. You might look this setting up on Techarp and get a better explanation.

Just try it at 1T but if you get errors set it to 2T and test your system.
