Default No Advanced RMA Email For Bad RAM

Hope I'm not jumping the gun here, but a few hours ago I spoke with CS and requested an advanced RMA for a bad stick of Corsair Vengeance RAM I have.

They took my credit card info and everything but I have not received an acknowledgement email. Last advanced RMA I went through I almost immediately received the confirmation email.

After giving me the new RMA # the CS said something then put me hold and after a minute the line went dead. I just want to make sure the advanced RMA request went through... I'm a paranoid person .

My advanced RMA # is 1278609.

Sorry, you will need to call them back and ask them. They do not monitor the tech support forums.

OK. Was hoping RAM Guy would be able to look it up.

Guess I'll call them tomorrow if I do not receive an email confirmation of the advanced RMA.

I am sorry but the order system is different and I do not have access, pleae just call our customer service they will take care of you.
