Default 800D Hotswap Board killing all my Hard Disk? [Please Help]!!

I know this sounds silly but i am not joking and i am lost in terms of what i should. Before using the Maximus V formula and Corsair 800D i was using the Maximus IV Extreme-z with the following drives

120gb Corsair Force GT (OS Drive)
Intel X-25M 80gb (Programs)
Seagate Hyrbid 500gb ST drive (Games)
WD Black 1TB (Data Drive)

Then bought a new Corsair 800D case (SATA3 and USB3.0 compatible) and the Maximus Formula V, my WD Black drive started going into Chkdsk mode when i boot, then when i run the Chkdsk utility it tells me that there are too many bad sectors and the drive started disappearing and eventually went dead, so i RMA'ed the drive.

Whilst waiting for the RMA drive to return i used my Spare Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB drive, and guess what my Seagate drive started clicking away once i turn on the Power and it sounded like the head was Jammed and the PC couldnt get into windows. So i removed the drive and it booted, but this time My Samsung drive was clicking away and when i got into Windows the Drive disappeared and i could hear the HDD spin up then spining down and keep going on and on till the drive disappear in My computer!!!

This is madness i really dont know if it was the new Maximus board thats doing this or could it be my new Corsair 800D SATA hotswap board thats messing it up?

Please help me as i am lost and do not know where to start my trouble shoot, my PSU is fine as i just did 830hrs straight of Prime95 no lock ups or BSOD

Thanks very much in advance

Please remove the SATA back plane and connect the HDDs directly to the motherboard's SATA ports. If the problem persist, then it's not the back plane. It could be the motherboard or the PSU. If not, let us know so we can replace the back plane for you.
