CMSA8GX3M2A1333C9 causes kernel panic MBP late 2011

Just bought 2x4GB CMSA8GX3M2A1333C9

It's a late 2011 MBP 2,2ghz

AHT says the ram are fine, Rember says its fine (however when i test it, it sometimes give me the BSOD)

I've had 4 kernel panics in 24 hrs, i did the PRAM reset etc.

The problem only seems to occur when i'm doing more than just testing the ram, i've had 0 kernel panics with stock ram.

any ideas or should i get them replaced?

I would suggest checking with Apple to see if there is a firmware update, then install just one module and reset the PRAM then test the modules one at a time with www.memtest.org.
